With the growing trend of visitors looking for alternative accommodations, today we discuss the controversial question about weather or not Vacation rentals and B&B’s are legal in Hawaii. We only scratch the surface on this topic because there is very little concrete information available easily.
The problem we face as agents is that we cannot expose ourselves to litigation so we have to be very careful to deal with accommodations that are licensed and insured. Of course, all the properties we deal with including condos are all legal and insured. Our condos are provided to us by wholesalers, so there is even an extra layer of protection.
